Bespoke training course for GOETEC Members. Originally planned to be held at our Canterbury campus, the Covid restrictions meant that this was held online. The course was divided into 3 scenarios. Session 1 covered a lost laptop and ransom, Session 2 was a DDOS scenario and Session 3 looked at Phishing. Each scenario explored the managerial and technical roles in working through the incidents and time was spent at the end reflecting on lessons learned and any potential improvements needed to processes and procedures. This training was well attend with the maximum of 16 participants.
