Enterprise Network Defender Training
facilitated by Kent Connects and hosted by GOETEC at University of Kent, Canterbury Campus
The Kent Connects Enterprise Network Defenders’ Day is a one-day, hands-on workshop where attendees will cover topics such as the attack life cycle and how to use some common tools, before entering the hands-on Labs. In the lab, the goal is to obtain as much information as possible about the ‘Blue Box Biscuits’ company before deploying your ransomware payload. This workshop will help you understand what you need to check in your own environment, and how you can defend it.

Supplier Relationship Management Course
Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)
facilitated and hosted by GOETEC at University of Kent, Canterbury Campus and online
- The course was delivered by CIPS in person and online and improved understanding of why effective supplier relations are important to sustain the quality of delivery of supplied goods and services.
- The course provided opportunities to develop knowledge, learn new skills, share experiences and identify internal and external good practice around procurement and supplier relationships for IT/IS colleagues.
- The course was for IT/IS staff across all GOETEC members organisations.
