Women in Tech Community

This is a GOETEC member community of women and those who champion women in technical and non-technical IT/IS/Digital Services/Learning Technology roles to create and support inclusive opportunities for professional development and progression.

Aims:

To create opportunities for sharing experience and support across members.
To develop an inclusive culture of professional mentoring and coaching.
To raise awareness of barriers to professional progression and encourage inclusive recruitment, retention and development of all staff in IT/IS, Digital Services and Learning Technology.
